KillaFing 2

KillaFing v1.0x was good, but this is better! If KillaFing is running continously while the user is using their web browser, why just limit it to killing popups? This is where v2 borne from - the original KF wasn't designed to be expanded beyond its popup killing capability, so really the whole program needed to be rewritten.

KF2 supports the killing of cookies plus miscellaneous cookie tools, privacy tools, window alpha-blending for Windows 2000/XP, system-wide hotkey support, miscellaneous extras, and of course an improved popup killing engine.
