PURPOSE
-------
IE QuickFind is an application that adds a list of pre-configured
or custom search engines to Internet Explorer's address bar. Once
added, you can type a search engine's prefix, followed by your
search query, and press Return. There's no need to navigate to
a search engine directly anymore.

You can perform searches from any IE address bar, be it in IE itself,
in the taskbar, or in a Windows Explorer window.

See the Trouble-Shooting section below if you are having problems
getting this software to run.

INSTALLATION
------------
If you're reading this, then you have already installed IE QuickFind.
It just needs to be extract to any directory of your choice and it is
ready to be used.

USAGE
-----
Once the program is up and running, you can click on the Install button
at the bottom of the window and you're ready to begin searching from
any IE address bar.

Looking at the list in the middle of the IE QuickFind window will show
you the pre-defined search engines that ship with the software. Type
the prefix letter(s) into IE's address bar and the search query you would
like to use, and then simply hit Return.

For example, if you would like to search for monitors using Google, you
would type: g monitors

To make sure you have spelt "necessary" correctly, you can type
the following: d necessary

The latter example would send your query to www.dictionary.com.

UPGRADING
---------
To upgrade your current installation to a newer version, simply
overwrite the installation with the new version. There are no
ill-effects in doing this.

Please note that you should backup the Search Engines.ini file if you want
to keep any changes you have manually made to that file via IE QuickFind.
Also note that the new version of Search Engines.ini may contain additional
engines, so you should take a look at it regardless.

REMOVAL
-------
To remove this software from your system, just quit the application and
delete its directory.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
----------------
If you get an error when you try to start the program, you will
need to download the following VB Runtimes pack:
