PURPOSE
-------
File Sieve is used for sorting files and directories from
selected source directories into directories that begin with
the first letter of each file and directory. This simple
application can be a major time saver for an extremely
repetitive task. Options are available for you to customise
exactly how this process works.

INSTALLATION
------------
Simply extract the File Sieve directory to any location
and then double-click on the FileSieve.exe file to run
it.

USAGE
-----
Once loaded, use the Add Directory button add directories
to add directories to the Source List that you would like to
sieve files and/or folders from. Click on the little button
to the right of the Destination Directory textbox and select
the directory you would like the files to be sieved into.

Click Next.

The options are self-explanatory (further information on
each option can be optioned by hovering the mouse cursor
over a control for a informational tooltip), so select
them as you please..

When you're happy with the way things have been set up,
click Start to begin the sieving process. Once the process
has completed, you should now have a number of directories
in your specified Destination directory, each (depending
on if Smart Directory Creation is enabled or not) containining
the respective files and/or folders (again, depends on which
options are set) from the Source directories.

TIPS
----
Directories can be dragged and dropped onto the source listview
and the destination textbox.

It is recommended that you perform a Copy sieve before doing
a Move sieve. This lets you see if the options you have set
work as expected. Once the copy sieve has completed, take a
look at the Destination directory. If all has gone as expected,
delete the items in the Destination directory and then perform
a Move sieving operation.

UNINSTALLATION
--------------
Make sure the main FileSieve2.exe application isn't running
and just delete the FileSieve directory to remove the
entire program from your system. If you would like to
keep your customised settings, then you will need to
backup the Settings.ini file to somewhere safe. To
apply these settings to a new installation of FileSieve,
just copy the file into the FileSieve directory and
run the program to see the settings take affect.

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
----------------
If you get an error when you start the program (about a file missing
or whatever), then you will need to download the VB Runtimes pack:
